Personal care
Sensitive, dignified support with washing, bathing, dressing, continence care and mobility.

"Dignity isn't a service we add on — it's the standard."
What personal care looks like with us.
Personal care is the foundation of staying well at home. Our carers help with the everyday routines that keep you feeling fresh, comfortable and confident — from a morning wash to settling into bed at night.
Every visit is led by your preferences. The same small team of carers attends you each week, so they learn how you like your tea, which side of the bed you get out of, and the little things that make a routine feel like yours rather than someone else's.
Where mobility, falls or skin integrity are a concern, our clinical lead reviews the care plan and trains the team on safe transfers, pressure-area care and continence support.

Answers to the things families ask us first.
Can't see your question? Our coordinator will happily talk it through — no obligation.
Talk to a coordinatorHow long is a personal care visit?
Most visits are 30 or 45 minutes. Mornings are usually longer to allow a relaxed wash and breakfast.
Will I have the same carer?
Yes — we work with a small consistent team. Cover carers are introduced in advance whenever possible.
Can my family see what was done?
Yes. Every visit is logged digitally and family members with consent can see notes, photos and medication records.
