Medication support
From simple prompts to full administration with MAR records, reviewed regularly by our clinical lead.

"Every dose, every day, recorded and reviewed."
What medication support looks like with us.
Medication errors are one of the most common causes of avoidable hospital admission. Our team takes medicine support seriously — from a gentle reminder, to dosset-box prompting, to full administration with digital MAR (Medication Administration Record) charts reviewed by our clinical lead.
Every carer involved in administration completes accredited medication training and an in-house competency check before they support you.
We liaise with your GP and pharmacy on your behalf — ordering repeats, picking up prescriptions and flagging changes — so nothing falls between the cracks.

Answers to the things families ask us first.
Can't see your question? Our coordinator will happily talk it through — no obligation.
Talk to a coordinatorCan carers give injections?
Trained carers can support some injections (e.g. insulin) following a competency assessment and a clear care plan signed by the GP.
What happens if a dose is missed?
The carer follows a written protocol, alerts the coordinator and contacts the GP or 111 if needed. The incident is recorded and reviewed.
Will you order my prescriptions?
Yes. With your consent we manage repeat prescriptions and collect from your nominated pharmacy.
