Dementia & complex care
Specially trained carers supporting people with dementia, Parkinson's, stroke recovery and other complex needs.

"We meet the person where they are — every visit, every day."
What dementia & complex care looks like with us.
Living well with dementia is about familiarity, routine and the right kind of help at the right time. Our dementia-trained team is taught to support — never override — the person in front of them, using techniques that calm anxiety and protect dignity.
We work closely with families and Admiral Nurses to design a care plan that adapts as the condition changes, with clear escalation routes when things get harder.
Calm, familiar routines. The same friendly faces. Time taken for the small rituals that hold the day together.
Everything in the package.

Answers to the things families ask us first.
Can't see your question? Our coordinator will happily talk it through — no obligation.
Talk to a coordinatorDo you support people who can become distressed?
Yes. Our team is trained in de-escalation and works closely with GPs and community teams when behaviours change.
Can you support live-in dementia care?
Yes — a calm, one-to-one alternative to residential care, with two carers rotating to keep continuity.
Do you work with Admiral Nurses?
Frequently. We see Admiral Nurse input as a real asset to the care plan.
