1. Who we are
Complete Care Support provides a software platform for UK home care providers. These Terms govern use of the website and mobile applications.
2. Accounts
You must keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are issued by your employer (the registered care provider) and may be suspended by them at any time.
3. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the service in any way that breaches CQC, NMC, or NHS standards. You must hold the necessary consents before recording personal data about clients or family members.
4. Clinical disclaimer
Complete Care Support is a record-keeping and coordination tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide clinical advice. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the registered care provider and qualified professionals.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate in accordance with the subscription agreement between the care provider and Complete Care Support. Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy on termination.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
