Complete Care Support ("we", "our", "us") provides a home care management platform used by registered UK care providers, their staff, and (where authorised) family members. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Data we collect

How we use it

To deliver and operate the service, meet our customers' Care Quality Commission (CQC) record-keeping obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Lawful bases

Contract, legitimate interests (operating a safe care service), legal obligation (CQC, HMRC), and consent where required (e.g. family-portal access, optional location tracking).

Sharing

With sub-processors strictly necessary to run the service (cloud hosting, email, push notification delivery, mapping). A full list is available on request.

Retention

Care records are retained in line with NHS / CQC guidance (typically 8 years after the end of care, or until the client's 25th birthday for paediatric records).
