Meal preparation
Nutritious meals prepared in the home, accommodating allergies, preferences and cultural needs.

What meal preparation looks like with us.
Good food is one of the simplest ways to protect health, mood and energy. Our carers shop, plan and cook with you — accommodating cultural preferences, religious requirements and any medical diet your GP or dietitian has agreed.
We monitor weight and hydration discreetly, and flag any concerns to family and the GP early, so changes can be made before problems develop.
Wherever possible, meals are prepared with the client — keeping the kitchen a place of life and shared time, not just a task ticked off.
