About this service

What live-in care looks like with us.

Live-in care is a true alternative to a care home. A dedicated carer lives with you, providing companionship, personal care, household help and overnight reassurance — all in the home you love.

We work to a two-carer rotation so you have continuity without anyone becoming exhausted. The same two faces, alternating fortnightly, are matched carefully on personality and interests.

From keeping pets, to maintaining a garden, to hosting Sunday lunch — live-in care protects the things that make home feel like home.

We propose two carers; you meet both and confirm the match before care starts.

    Waking-night cover

Where does the carer sleep?

Live-in care requires a private bedroom for the carer, plus a 2-hour daily break — usually taken when family or a relief carer visits.

Can a couple share live-in care?

Yes. Couple rates apply, with the plan covering both of you.

What if my carer is ill?

We have on-call relief carers who step in seamlessly, with a full handover from the regular team.
