About this service

What living with osteoarthritis looks like with us.

Osteoarthritis is the most common cause of mobility limitation in older adults — and the most responsive to small daily adjustments. Our team supports pain-aware mornings, gentle movement through the day, and the household tasks that have become hard.

We work with your GP and pharmacist on pain management, and with your OT on aids and adaptations that protect joints.

The goal is straightforward: keep you doing the things you love, for longer.

Can you support after a joint replacement?

Yes — we follow the surgical team's protocol and step support up or down as recovery progresses.

Do you help with pain relief?

We prompt and administer prescribed pain relief; non-medication strategies (heat, pacing, gentle movement) are built into the visit.

Will you talk to my GP?

Yes, with your consent. Pain scores and concerns are shared regularly.
