Complex care
Specialist support at home from trained clinical caregivers — tracheostomy, PEG, ventilation, catheter and stoma care.

"Hospital-level care, in the home you love."
What complex care looks like with us.
Complex care brings clinical-grade support into the home so people with high-acuity needs don't have to live in a hospital. Our trained team is competency-signed in tracheostomy, PEG feeding, ventilation, catheter and stoma care, working under the supervision of our clinical lead.
Every package is built around the named clinical team — GP, community nurse, hospital specialist — with a written escalation plan and equipment checks at every visit.
We provide 24/7 cover where needed, with two-carer handover for safety on technical tasks.
Everything in the package.
- Tracheostomy care and suctioning
- PEG and NG feeding regimens
- Non-invasive and invasive ventilation support
- Catheter and stoma care
- Spinal and brain-injury rehab support
- Bowel-management programmes
- 24/7 cover available
- Clinical-lead oversight and audits
Typically a good fit for…
- Adults discharged from ITU or specialist units
- People with progressive neurological conditions
- Spinal-injury and acquired brain-injury clients
- Children and young adults stepping down from hospital

Talk to a coordinatorAre your carers nurses?
Some are; all are delegated by our clinical lead under a written competency framework.
Do you work with hospital teams?
Always. Complex care only works when home and hospital share information openly.
Can you provide 24/7 cover?
Yes — split into shifts with two carers for safety on the technical handover.
