About this service

What complex care looks like with us.

Complex care brings clinical-grade support into the home so people with high-acuity needs don't have to live in a hospital. Our trained team is competency-signed in tracheostomy, PEG feeding, ventilation, catheter and stoma care, working under the supervision of our clinical lead.

Every package is built around the named clinical team — GP, community nurse, hospital specialist — with a written escalation plan and equipment checks at every visit.

We provide 24/7 cover where needed, with two-carer handover for safety on technical tasks.

  1. 01

    Trained team only

Only carers who have completed competency sign-off are rostered to your visits.

    Equipment check

Suction, ventilator and feed equipment are checked at the start of every shift.

  4. 04

    Escalation plan

A written escalation plan covers every realistic scenario and is reviewed monthly.

Are your carers nurses?

Some are; all are delegated by our clinical lead under a written competency framework.

Do you work with hospital teams?

Always. Complex care only works when home and hospital share information openly.

Can you provide 24/7 cover?

Yes — split into shifts with two carers for safety on the technical handover.
