About this service

What 24-hour care at home looks like with us.

24-hour care is the highest-intensity package we offer — appropriate when a client needs someone awake and ready throughout the night as well as the day. Two or three carers work in shifts so attention stays sharp.

It's the right option when complex care, advanced dementia, end-of-life or rehabilitation needs make sleeping nights unsafe.

We provide it as a step-up from live-in care, or directly when the assessment shows it's needed.

How is this different from live-in care?

Live-in care includes sleeping nights. 24-hour care has an awake carer at all times — appropriate for higher acuity.

Can it be temporary?

Yes — many clients use 24-hour care for a few weeks post-discharge or end-of-life, then step down.

Who supervises the team?

Our clinical lead and your named coordinator. There are weekly audits at this intensity.
